I have a neighbor that goes through 100-200 rounds of ammunition every Saturday and Sunday. Is this considered illegal if both of our properties are adjacent to the Stanislaus forest land?

A good question for whatever County you reside in, and for the U.S. Forest Service.

First off. ALL CAPS is a sign of mental instability. (see Donald Trump)
Secondly, you seem to really be letting this CDF slacker effect our mental stability.
Third. Go to his superiors, CalFire hqs. Turn him in.
Fourth. Get on with your life.

It’s not about neighbor’s it’s about government agencies abusing the system. That being said, this is now the Calfire standard. They all do this so don’t look for any help from supervisors. It would be interesting to know the identifier on the vehicle.
