Robert "Bob" Keith Reeve Passed Away on June 29th. Services will be on September 13th

Valley Springs, CA...Robert "Bob" Keith Reeve, 81, of Valley Springs, San Andreas, and Mokelumne Hill, passed away peacefully on June 29, in Lodi, CA. Born in Los Angeles, to John and Dorothy (Tolman) Reeve, in his younger years he enjoyed surfing and watching Wild Bill Hickok movies. Graduating from John Muir High School, he then served a 3-year mission for the LDS church (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) in Brazil, 1962-65.

Bob spent decades as an avid runner, and continued running, along with 100+ daily situps and pushups until the month of his death. Bob had a Masters degree in English from Univ. of Utah, a Master in Public Administration from Brigham Young University, and worked as a private attorney for many decades including in Stanislaus and Calaveras counties.

Bob was known for his humor, wit, and service to others. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Kent (Nancy) Reeve, and Kevin (Susan) Reeve; and leaves behind his sisters Kathleen Reeve and Alice K. Morrison, and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Sat. Sept 13, 2024, 9:00 am, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 221 Church St., San Andreas. Donations to the Calaveras
