San Andreas Movers & Shakers to Meet Tuesday October 7th at San Andreas Central Library~By Sarah Johnson

San Andreas, CA....The Parkinsons Disease and neurological disorder support group "San Andreas Movers & Shakers...it's not OUR fault!" will meet on Tuesday, October 7th, from 9:45 am - 12:00 noon at the Calaveras Central Library, 891 Mountain Ranch Road in San Andreas. The support group for progressive, degenerative neurological diseases meets the first Tuesday of each month at the Library -- same time, same place. The public is always welcome to attend and the library offers good handicap parking and access.....

On the agenda are: brain exercises [dental floss for memory], letters recently received from none other than themselves [written a year ago] and safe chair aerobic exercises of Tai Chi or Yoga. There is no charge to attend the support group gatherings and there is a very good chance that those in attendance will make new and lasting friendships. So please join in the joy and fellowship of other caring people as we learn to live life to the fullest, in spite of challenges!

For details on the Calaveras and/or Amador support groups or for support and information, please contact sarah johnson @ 209.296.2575 or by e-mail @ jani@volcano.net. Additional information and resources are available through our website: www.proactiveparkinsons.org. Don't be isolated and alone ~ we have lots of smiles and hope to share!
