Only Minor Injuries in Head On La Grange Road Traffic Collision

Jamestown, CA...On June 5th, 2021, at approximately 4:20 pm, 48-year-old Ricky Andrew Haines of Oakdale was driving his 2008 Toyota Camry northbound on La Grange Road, north Paseo Seven Legends. At that same time, 51-year-old Shannon Leann Eldridge of Auberry, Ca was driving her 2017 Ford F350 southbound on La Grange Road, north of Paseo Seven Legends, along with her passengers, 77-year-old Kenneth Long of Auberry, CA and 72-year-old Theresa Long of Auberry, Ca. Mr. Haines allowed his vehicle to travel to the left over the double yellow lines directly in front of Ms. Eldridge’s vehicle. As a result, the vehicles crashed head on.

All the occupants sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash. Mr. Haines was transported by air ambulance to Doctor’s Medical Center for treatment. Both Mr. and Mr. Long were transported to Adventist Health Sonora for treatment and Ms. Eldridge was treated at the scene. It was determined all the occupants were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash and alcohol or drugs are not suspected to be a factor.
