Cheeseburgers In Paradise...Chatom is Ready for Passport Weekend!
Douglas Flat, CA...We stopped by Chatom Vineyards yesterday to see how their preparations were going for Passport Weekend. They already had the winery decorated and ready to go. We also had the pleasure to meet Marlene Wilkinson who will be their new Wine Club, Marketing & Promotions Director. She is pictured below with Chatom's Owner Gay Callan. They are standing behind a festive bar and are ready and waiting to help make this years Passport Weekend the best yet...

Most of the Wineries in the are will be participating and offering specials all weekend long. Chatom's Dish of Choice this year to serve with their great wines will be "Cheeseburgers in Paradise". So as you make your rounds this weekend make sure you take a right turn at their banner on Hwy 4.
If this will be one of your first visits to the Calaveras County Wine Region you are in for a treat. After a Passport Weekend of visiting, tasting and shopping you will feel like a local.
