Junior Miss Calaveras Pageant and Junior Frog Jump Saturday, May 10
Angels Camp, CA....The Junior Miss Calaveras Pageant and Junior Frog Jump will be held concurrently on Saturday, May 10 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Altaville Melones Fire Department in Angels Camp. The Junior Miss Calaveras competition is open to 8th grade girls in Calaveras county. The contestants are judged on beauty, personality and pleasantness by a panel of....
experienced judges.
The duties of the Jr. Queen include participation in many of the holiday parades and special events that take place throughout the county in 2008-2009.
The winner of this year’s Jr. Queen Pageant will be introduced during the Miss Calaveras pageant, Thursday night of fair, and will participate in many parades throughout the year. Her court will also participate during each parade. There are two runner-ups for the pageant, the 1st princess and the 2nd princess, all which will be announced on Saturday May 10th. The queen will also receive a weekend pass to the Calaveras Jumping Frog Jubilee Fair.

The Altaville Melones Fire Department is Located on Monte Verda Street in Angels Camp.
