House Fire Reported on January 22nd

CAL Fire has reported a structure fire on January 22nd at 3379 Emereff Lane in Rancho Calaveras. Two bedrooms were damaged, the rest of the house had smoke damage. Dollar value damage estimated at $75,000 for the structure and $15,000 for the contents. Cause is under investigation. A few pets died in the fire, no human injuries. 2 BEDROOMS WERE DAMAGED AS A DIRECT RESULT OF THE FIRE, THE REST OF THE HOUSE HAD SMOKE DAMAGE. DOLLAR VALUE DAMAGE IS ESTIMATED AT $75,000 FOR THE STRUCTURE AND $15,000 FOR THE CONTENTS.

INCIDENT CLOSED AT 1546 HRS

Miscellaneous (pets rescued, traffic diverted, crowd problems, etc.)

1 DOG WAS RESCUED. 1 CAT, 1 BIRD, 1 RABBIT DIED IN THE FIRE.
