Hallow Words: Scary Story & Poem Night October 28th
Angels Camp, CA...Blanche Abrams, writer from Columbia, will perform Edgar Allan Poe's famous poem, "The Raven" in a darkly humorous vein with a half-hour Poe Program. Come share "finger" food, "gutsy" fare, maybe some "feetloaf" - and dark libations in the glass. Then bring your scary story or poem to share at open mic. Bring a flashlight to put under your chin for an eerie twist. Scariest and creepiest tale or poem wins a prize.
It's all happening at Manzanita Arts Emporium next Friday, October 28, from 5:30 - 8 PM. Munchies first, then the program. Join us at 1211 S Main St, Angels Camp, CA -- in historic downtown. Please RSVP to so we can get a skull count, I mean head count.
Call 728-6171 or email us to confirm your earthly presence. Suggested donation: $20
Event occurs on 10/28/2016 from 05:30 PM to .
