Spice up any meal or snack with your own homemade salsa. Learn how to make traditional salsas using your tomatoes, peppers and onions; smokey salsas using dried chipotle chiles and tomatillos; and fresh fruit salsa. You will learn how to safely can your salsa to make it shelf stable and available to enjoy throughout the year. Class will be held at the Calaveras County Senior Center, 956 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas.
