Letter to the Editor~by Al Segalla

Dear Members and Community Leaders,

In times of water shortage with rationing, it does not make sense to drain the remaining water in our reservoirs to save fish downstream. In fact, experts note that lowering the water level can cause an increase in temperature that will potentially be harmful to juvenile fish. The plan to release water will be very hurtful to the people and especially the farmers, to say nothing about our local economy....


This type of destructive policy may have more to do with following UN Agenda 21 than sending water to Southern California, as suggested in the article. In any case, it should be stopped and investigated ASAP.
