Bear Valley Mountain Opens New Terrain, All Upper Mountain Runs Open This Weekend

Bear Valley, CA///Recent winter storms have provided the necessary coverage to allow Bear Valley Mountain to open more terrain – including all of its upper mountain runs. Trails throughout the Mountain have been removed from soft boundary status, or opened for the first time, allowing skiers and snowboarders to enjoy Bear Valley’s scenic runs...








Following is a glance of the conditions at Bear Valley Mountain:

· Snow Base at mid-mountain: 48 inches

· 6 lifts open: Super Cub, Kuma, Cub Panda, Polar Express and Koala (opening Sat 2/15)

· Access to beginner, intermediate and advanced/expert

· 2 Terrain Parks open



This weekend at Bear Valley Mountain also features an exciting lineup of activities for the family, including the Winter Explosion on Saturday, February 15, featuring kids movies, dinner, a torch light parade, ski patrol info booth and fireworks, as well as the first Annual Snowman Building contest on Sunday, February 16.
