Mother Lode VW Club Show & Swap Meet a Big Success! Updated Photo Address
Angels Camp, CA...The Mother Lode VW Club held their 13th annual Volkswagen Show & Swap on Saturday, July 27th in Utica Park, Angels Camp. Seventy-five show cars were in attendance, including a Schwimmwagen, which is a rare VW that also can be driven into a lake, with its rear propeller and interesting shape....

The swap meet was full of VW goodies and lots of finds for the VW enthusiasts. Tri-Dam Lions Club hosted a food booth, which included breakfast, and also lunch items of burgers, hot dogs and Polish sausage sandwiches.
According to Jennifer Goerlitz, Mother Lode Volkswagen Club president, "This show was so well received. I got an email from a family who wants to know the date of next year's show, so we can get our timeshare booked." People came from all over the state to attend & all had a good experience.
