More Progress Made on Arnold Rim Trail...ARTA Says Thank You!!
Arnold, CA...Thanks to the wonderful volunteers Javier, Jeffery, Scott and his son, Jane, Rob, Tim, Judy, Steve, and Tony for opening a quarter of mile of trail on July 14, 2012. P13 is long established Forest Service trail near Avery Sheep Ranch road that is overgrown with brush. Over the next year, Forest Service and the Arnold Rim Trail Association (ARTA) volunteers working with the help of CCC and the Calaveras County inmates will re-establish this beautiful three mile trail....
On July 14th, the first quarter mile of P13 trail was cleared by Forest Service staff Javier and Jeffery and the ARTA volunteers. ARTA will announce on when the trail is finally open. To sign up to receive ARTA emails please go to arnoldrimtrail.org.
