Cause of 12 Acre Vegetation and Multiple Structure Fire at Hwy 49 Under Investigation

Sonora, CA....12 acres of vegetation along with a residence, two barns, four outbuildings and one vehicle were destroyed in a fire yesterday afternoon at Hwy 49 in Tuttle Town. Multiple crews responded to this incident which had Hwy 49 closed for a few hours. A total of $720,400 in damages occurred. Two people were treated for smoke inhalation. Incident remains open for mop up. Cause is under investigation. CAL Fire report is enclosed....
