Blue Ribbon Recipe...Rocky Road Surprise nby Calaveras County Fair & Jumping Frog Jubilee....
1 bag (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 bag (12 0z.) Butterscotch chips
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup chopped dates
2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows.....
1. Combine chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power, stirring at 1-minute intervals, until melted.
2. Add peanut butter, dates, and marshmallows. Mix to combine.
3. Pour mixture into a 13x9x2-inch pan. Cool and cut into bars. Makes 54 bars.
