Graham Brook Named Director of Hospitality At Black Oak Casino

Tuolumne, CA – September 9, 2010 – Black Oak Casino announced today that they have named Graham Brook to the post of Director of Hospitality. Brook, who is a native of Wakefield, England, brings many years of international hospitality leadership to Black Oak Casino’s management team. Graham received a Higher National Degree in Hospitality Management in Manchester, England and has lived in the United States since 1992...




Graham has extensive experience in all areas of hospitality management, and has served as Director of Beverage Operations at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore as well as the Crown Casino and Hotel in Melbourne, Australia. In addition, Graham was the Director of Food and Beverage at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida and was also involved in the opening of the United Auburn Indian Community property, Thunder Valley Casino in Lincoln, California.

“We are delighted to have Graham on board with our Hospitality Department,” said Ron Patel, General Manager of Black Oak Casino. “Graham brings a wealth of Hospitality knowledge to Black Oak Casino from both Native and non-Native properties. His international experience will also give us a new depth in further developing our many restaurant outlets”

Black Oak Casino is owned and operated by the Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians in Tuolumne, California. The Casino encompasses 164,770 square feet of gaming and entertainment options for the whole family, including 1200 slot machines, live poker, 24 table games, a non-smoking gaming area, three restaurants, a gourmet coffee and light snack outlet, three casino floor bars, an interactive sports bar, a state of the art bowling center, a live entertainment lounge, a players club, gift shop, and kids arcade.
