1. CALL TO ORDER /PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE /ROLL CALL – 6:30 p.m.

2. OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT:

3. CONSENT CALENDAR: Routine / non-controversial items.
a)Approval of JUNE 30 Minutes, Financial Statement & Motion to Pay Bills

4. BOARD COMMENTS/STAFF COMMENTS:
a)Manager Report: Regional Update; Pond level/spray field report

5. NEW BUSINESS: Discussion and possible action –
a) Approval of existing All Points Capital Loan payoff.

b)Adopt RESOLUTION #10-03 dedicating property tax revenue as one of the repayments for the USDA Funded Well Replacement and Storage Tank Project.

c)Discussion and possible Approval of 2010/2011 BUDGET REPORT.

6. CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54957 –
Discussion of employee job descriptions - specifically duties and responsibilities.

7 ESTABLISHMENT OF NEXT MEETING: Wednesday, AUGUST 25, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.
