"BOARD OKs REVISED VALLEY SPRINGS LAND MAP...After a marathon meeting, the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors voted 4-1 Tuesday to approve a “tweaked” version of the Valley Springs updated land-use map, which was put together by District 1 Supervisor Gary Tofanelli and a small group of area landowners. Supervisor Merita Callaway was the sole vote against the new map . . . . . .
What you just read is in todays Calaveras Enterprise.
If Supervisor Gary Tofanelli can work with local landowners to preserve property rights, and three other Board Members support that move, why would Marita Callaway be the only Board Member to vote against it ?
What more proof do you need that Mrs. Callaway is NOT representing the voters of Calaveras County, and in particular, NOT representing those in her own District.
The election is tomorrow, and Mrs. Callaway NEEDS to be removed from office.
