2nd Annual Tax Day Tea Party Fills Utica Park in Angels Camp~with Complete Video Enclosed
Angels Camp, CA....The Taxpayers Association along with Campaign For Liberty hosted the 2nd Annual Tax Day Tea Party at Utica Park last evening. The park was packed and downtown Angels Camp was lined with cars. The “Tea Party” protest is part of a nationwide movement coordinated with Tea Party Patriots whose mission statement is: “The impetus for the Tea Party movement is excessive government spending and taxation. Their mission is to secure public policy consistent with three core values of Fiscal Responsibility, Constitutionally Limited Government and Free Markets.”....
George & Martha Washington were alive and well at the Tea Party Yesterday. Bill & Cathy Mason have been George & Martha for years at local parades & civic events. Many of the photos in the above slide show were shot with a new Golden State Cellular HTC Hero Android Phone
The event featured numerous speakers including rousing speeches by Angels Camp City Councilman Rick Downey, World Record Holding Cyclist Seana Hogan, Cory Burnell, Al Segalla & more...
There was lot's of Literature, DVD’s, Music and, of course, iced TEA and cookies available.
