Major Injuries in West Point DUI Crash CHP Release Enclosed..
West Point, CA...A 44 year old Wilseyville male was driving a `1992 Toyota in the Northbound traffic lane of Bald Mountain Rd at approximately 40mph, when due to his level of intoxication, she allowed the vehicle to travel off the paved portion of the roadway while attempting to negotiate a natural curve in the roadway to his left. East side of Bald Mountain Road. After the collision, the vehicle came to rest on it's wheels facing in the Northerly direction off the roadway.
The 54 year old passenger Michael Johnson from Glencoe was Medi-Flighted to Mercy San Juan with major injuries.
