It's Still a Winter Wonderland in Bear Valley! Learn to Ski at BVAC Through Memorial Day Weeken
Bear Valley, CA...Creative grooming and trail variations enable BVAC to keep skiing, snowshoeing, and tubing through Memorial Day Weekend (May 29th, 2023)! Classic spring weather provides crisp mornings with firm snow that softens throughout the day. These are excellent conditions to learn and experience the thrills of cross country skiing. We offer 50% Off Learn to Ski Packages on May 20 & 21 to celebrate this year's historic snowpack. Also, live bluegrass music with Tarantula Hawks at Reba's Meadow Cafe from 12-2:30pm this weekend.

The Blue Mountain Players Present "The Foreigner"
West Point, CA...A riotous comedy with a timeless message brought to you by Larry Shue. Doors open at 6:30 for light hors d’oeuvres and wine reception. Performance begins at 7:30 PM. Angels Camp, CA...Come down to the park and bring the kids to meet your firefighters from the City of Angels Camp. We look forward to cooking you and your family a great breakfast! Utica Park May 20 & 21 –7am to 11am. Breakfast will include: Ham, Eggs, Milk, Juice, Coffee, and all you can eat Pancakes. Cost $12.50/adult $5/kids. The money raised will help purchase new firefighting equipment for our Fire Department. Thank you for supporting your local Fire Department!!

Columbia Diggins Tent Town 1852 This Weekend in Columbia
Columbia, CA...Columbia State Historic Park and Friends of Columbia invite the public May 18-21, to explore “Diggins Tent Town 1852”, a recreation of an 1850s mining camp. At this annual living history event, visitors have the opportunity to experience the Gold Rush come to life. Over 150 costumed volunteers will help to recreate life in the Gold Rush era in detail, including clothing, food and entertainment.
