JUNE13th PORTABLE PICNIC POCKETS WITH SALLY HUGHES Learn how to make a variety of filled pastry doughs including Argentinian Empanadas—filled with diced beef, onions, roasted bell peppers, spices, oregano, apples, green olives, and raisins. Cornish Pasties—filled with finely diced beef, onions, carrots, potatoes, and turnips. Sicilian Scacciata—filled with provolone, cauliflower, and olives.
