45th Annual Sierra Nevada Arts & Crafts Festival |
The 45th Annual ‘Sierra Nevada Arts & Crafts Festival will be held over the Independence Day Weekend, July 1 & 2, in the beautiful mountain resort town of Arnold right on Highway 4.
Situated among the pines and redwoods, the Festival features over 60 booths of original crafts & art of all kinds: Woodwork, metal sculpture, yard art, pottery, jewelry, quilts, chain-saw sculptures, soaps & spa essentials, fine art, clothing, scarves, dolls, birdhouses/feeders, fused glass plates & windchimes, hand-painted furniture, photography, kid’s toys, hats, purses, succulents, leather, – just to name a few! – ALL exhibited by the artists. There’s gourmet foods to sample and face painting & henna for the kids – or ‘adult’ kids.
The annual Ebbett’s Pass Independence Day Parade will begin at 10am on Saturday, July 1, and it runs adjacent to the Festival on Hwy. 4. The Ebbett’s Pass Lion’s Club serves an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast from 7:30am - 11am both days for just $8.
AND NEW TO THE SHOW! We’re proud to announce a new change in the Festival in our live musical entertainment to a popular group out of Murphys: ‘The Magnolia Rhythm Trio.’ These 3 women will have you ‘off your feet’ with their unique blend of Americana & Bluegrass harmonies! And they’ll be followed after each set with professional juggling for all.
The Ebbett’s Pass Volunteer Fire Dptm. always serves local Calaveras County beers, and a variety of home-made, hot prepared food booths, kettlekorn, pre-packaged foods of all kinds for you gourmet chefs, and baked goodies round out the deliciousness!
And if you don’t want to cook after a long day at the Festival – or just want to bring your wine & listen to the music ~ The Ebbett’s Pass Volunteer Fire Dptm. also holds their annual tri-tip BBQ with live music on Saturday evening from 6 – 9pm ~ making for a full day of fun!
