GETTING THE MOST FROM iPHOTO IS SMUG’S SEPTEMBER 11 TOPIC

Murphys, CA...Making the most of all the features of iPhoto will be the main topic of the next meeting of the Sierra Macintosh Users Group (SMUG) to be held Tuesday, September 11 at 7 p.m. in the assembly room of the Ebbetts Pass Fire District, 1037 Blagen Rd., just off Highway 4. Phill Hoxie, SMUG’s Apple Ambassador, will help members explore how the popular application can facilitate photo retouching and organization, including using such features as Faces and Library Manager. He will also demonstrate Picture Collage Maker, software that can extend the design capabilities of iPhoto....

As is always the case at SMUG meetings, questions on all Mac related issues will be encouraged.
SMUG meets the second Tuesday of each month. Meetings are open to everyone and there is no charge to attend. The organization exists to keep Mac users abreast of the latest developments and to address the nagging questions that arise from time to time. Its goal is to take the mystery out of computers and to enable members to take advantage of all the features their Macs possess.

SMUG was founded in 1995 and is a non-profit organization run completely by volunteers. Annual dues are $15. For more information visit the SMUG website at www.SierraMacintoshUsersGroup.org or call 795-3798 or 728-9012.
