Mark Twain St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation Welcomes New Directors

Copperopolis, CA...Saddle Creek Golf Club was the location for the recent installation of Officers and Directors of the Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation. Mr. Ken McInturf a director of the Mark Twain Hospital District, swore in the group, wished them well and offered the support of the District Board in their efforts to help gain financial support the hospital in the community....


The evening started with honoring outgoing President, Don Chaisson, Angels Camp, as well as acknowledging Linda Churches, outgoing immediate Past President, Mountain Ranch, for her many years of leadership in the organization. Feliciano Jiron, President of MTSJ Hospital spoke to the group about the State of the Hospital…Past, Present and Future.

Kathy Dodge of Mountain Ranch will take the reins as President; Shirley Ryan, San Andreas, as VP of Governance; Bob Hussman, Angels Camp, as VP of Development; Maurie Hoekstra, San Andreas, will continue as Secretary; Rick Harray, Angels Camp, as Treasurer; and Don Chaisson as Immediate Past President.

Directors of the Foundation sworn in were: Jim Dalton, San Andreas, who will head Fundraising; Anita Paque, Mountain Ranch, Events; Don Chaisson, Angel’s Camp, Public Relations; Janet Cuslidge, Altaville, Membership and Nominations; Susie Miller, Murphys, Membership and Nominations; John Holleman, San Andreas, Scholarships; Michal Houston, Murphys, At-Large.
