52nd ANNUAL SIERRA NEVADA ARTS & CRAFTS FESTIVAL
July 6 & 7, 2024
The 52nd Annual ‘Sierra Nevada Arts & Crafts Festival’ will be held over the Independence Day Weekend, July 6 & 7, in the beautiful mountain resort town of Arnold, on Highway 4. Situated among the pines and redwoods, the Festival features over 60 booths of original art & crafts, and antiques & collectibles - just a few of the range of items offered. Whether you’re shopping for yourself, for your home or cabin, or your next camping trip, you’ll be sure to find it here!
The Independence Day Parade begins Saturday, July 6 at 10am right on Hwy. 4 in front of the Festival, so get your seats early to enjoy our mountain parade and then shop and eat all you want without even moving your car!
Metal sculpture, yard art, pottery, jewelry, quilts, soaps & spa essentials, woodwork, furniture, fine art, clothing, scarves, dolls, birdhouses/feeders, fused glass plates & windchimes, photography, kid’s toys, hats, purses, succulents, leather goods and more are offered by our craftspeople/artists. You’ll also find antiques, collectibles, vintage jewelry – and much more!
The Ebbetts Pass Volunteer Fire Department will be serving local brews and holding their annual tri-tip BBQ with live music on Saturday evening from 6 to 9 pm @ the Cedar Center making for a full day of fun. Come bring a chair and enjoy!

Our Sunday Edition with Local Features, Local Specials & More Every Sunday All Day Long!
Arnold, CA...Our goal is to bring back the feel of the old Sunday Paper. It was a day for features, profiles and most importantly the Rotogravure section with all the color ads that had kids begging mom & dad for the latest toys, Dad checking out the new hardware and automotive specials and Moms everywhere looking for the best for their families. So it was a day to let the hard news and crime stories wait till Monday if they could and focus on fun, family and of course Shopping. So join us for our Big, New, Sunday Edition where we will feature everything Fun, New, & most importantly On Sale at our local stores and businesses!!!

The Greater Arnold Pancake Breakfasts Return Saturday & Sunday!
Arnold, CA...Memorial Day Weekend marked the return of one of the summer traditions in the Arnold area. The Greater Arnold Pancake Breakfasts are back & GABA will be serving Breakfast Again Saturday & Sunday in the cozy confines of the Ebbetts Pass Gas parking lot! The longstanding tradition of the Lions Club has been brought back by the Greater Arnold Business Association to help fund the Arnold Independence Day Parade and other events and business activities along the Ebbetts Pass Corridor. Current Supervisor Martin Huberty & Former Longstanding Supervisor Merita Callaway even worked the serving line to help get the tradition rolling again. Big Boy's BBQ & Catering prepared the food & many others volunteered their time to help out. Even shy and demure Paul Bertini helped with promotional efforts to keep the crowds rolling in.
Memorial, Independence & Labor Day Weekends will bring the community together again over a hearty breakfast for great causes.
A huge thanks to Ebbetts Pass Gas for letting their parking lot again play host to hosts to this much loved summer tradition in Arnold!
