Albert J. Hernandez, aka the untamed chef, is teaching his debut class with Marisolio and is a Foody TV regular. He has worked previously at Camps Restaurant in Angels Camp and has a passion for all things food. Albert has been described as a YouTube sensation and loves to incorporate science with food. You won’t want to miss this class.
