No Injuries in Roof Collapse at Home in Hathaway Pines Area
Arnold, CA...We just spoke with EPFD Engineer-Paramedic Pete Ryan to get a few details on the reported roof collapse into a room of a in the 5000 Block of Hwy 4 in the Hathaway Pines area. Luckily there were no injuries and the family was not displaced as they were able to isolate that section of the home.
It is a reminder that snow loads can stress structures and make them vulnerable to failures. Thankfully this collapse ended without injuries. Let's be careful out there...
