Boiling Water and Steam Canning Basics |

Curious about canning your own food at home but have never tried it before? This class introduces boiling water and atmospheric steam canning as safe methods to preserve fruits, sauces, salsas, pickles, and other tasty treats. Learn the most recent research-based canning techniques for high-acid foods, watch several live canning demonstrations and glean tips from experienced canners.
This class is from 6:30-8:30 pm and is free. While walk-ins are always welcome, we appreciate you letting us know you're coming to help us prepare handouts and samples.
