Movies at the Tasting Lounge This Saturday May 1st
Murpys, CA....Newsome-Harlow Wines will be hosting Movies at the Tasting Lounge this Saturday May 1st @ 7:30pm. Sit, sniff, swirl and sip during a screening of two independent movies at the Wild and Scenic Environmental Film Festival on May 1st in the NHVino Courtyard. For the second year in a row we are hosting an evening of this national festival, presented by Ebbetts Pass Forest Watch....

Peabody awarding winning King Corn and sequel Big River examine the agricultural and environmental impact of one acre of corn – as discovered by two best friends and independent film makers. Discussion about local agriculture and environmental issues will follow – including what we are doing at NH to make great wines AND protect the planet.
Chef Melly will put out some nibbles, and you can buy wine by the glass or bottle at a special discount. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Ebbetts Pass Forest Watch.
Doors open at 7:30 – no ticket is required.
