Arnold, CA...While in our little rural corner of the world life seems to roll on unaffected, the digital world as a whole is having real issues with the huge Crowdstrike & Microsoft outage has disrupted travel, banking & even the US Postal service. Root cause seemed to be when Crowdstrike pushed out a Windows update which started a chain of events that took many of the world's systems down. From the CEO of Crowdstrike...
"Today was not a security or cyber incident. Our customers remain fully protected.
We understand the gravity of the situation and are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and disruption. We are working with all impacted customers to ensure that systems are back up and they can deliver the services their customers are counting on.
As noted earlier, the issue has been identified and a fix has been deployed. There was an issue with a Falcon content update for Windows Hosts.
For the latest information that we will continuously update, please refer to the CrowdStrike website (https://crowdstrike.com/blog/statement-on-windows-sensor-update/), my posts on LinkedIn, and my posts on X. I will continue to provide updates to our community and the industry as they become available."

Microsoft is a bad actor, it is a predatory corporation that worked for world dominance, with that monopoly comes loss of security, or ability to function when a behemoth like Microsoft fails.
Justice Scalia said with monopolies comes savings, efficiency.

What happened with Reagan's promoting individual companies and competition?

The White House and the Biden campaign on Friday denied a news report that President Biden is having discussions with family members about a possible exit plan from the 2024 presidential race against GOP nominee Donald Trump.
That is not happening, period," said White House spokesperson Andrew Bates. "The individuals making those claims are not speaking for his family or his team – and they will be proven wrong. Keep the faith."
Members of Biden’s family have discussed what an exit from his campaign might look like. Hunter Biden and James Biden both, could be headed to multiple years in prison on multiple charges, based on two people familiar with the discussions, reported NBC News.
Jen O’Malley Dillon, Biden's re-election campaign chair, said on Friday that Biden isn’t leaving the race and he has "multiple pathways to victory" in November.
"Absolutely the president is in this race, you've heard him say that time and time again," she said on MSNBC. "He is the best person to take on Donald Trump."
Dillon said the campaign has "seen some slippage in support, but it has been a small movement."

OMG president Biden has COVID-19 How come this is not on every news channel? This is by far more dangerous then a stunt by Trump that he was almost assassinated. More like I could of pin pricked my ear drum. President Biden is 81 years old, has COVID-19 and everyday working as our President, campaigning for Reelection and he's just a non- stop beast, it's not like he's retired like the orange haired dope and felon.
