Carmie was the driving force behind the Calaveras County Association of Realtors “Housing Affordability Fund” (HAF). This program helps work force people into homes by providing monetary assistance toward their down payment. HAF was organized by the California Association of Realtors as an outstanding pilot program for other counties in California.
