THE DECISION
The decision to seek help is not
an easy one. Many irrational
fears about counseling/psychotherapy
keep many hurting people from making
that first call. Their lives seem to be on hold while the pain and /or situation continues. They go through the motions but they know life should be different. This life is not what it was supposed to be and even once the decision is made it can be awkward or uncomfortable to start the process. Know I will do my best to make starting the process easier.
