Ione is Missing Again in Rail Road Flat
Rail Road Flat, CA...On May 28, 2024, at about 4:00 PM, The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Volunteer Search and Rescue Team and deputies were dispatched to a report of a missing person in the 400 Block of Ridge Rd, Rail Road Flat. The missing female’s name is Ione. She is approximately 75 years old, 5 feet tall, weighs 120 pounds, and has white and black hair. Ione was last seen wearing a blue and white plaid jacket, blue jeans, and black boots. She left her residence today (May 28th, 2024) on foot in an unknown direction at about 3:30 PM.
This is the third time Ione has gone missing since May 6th. The Sheriff’s Office has been communicating with her caregiver regarding measures to help eliminate the likelihood of her going missing.
The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office urgently requests that all residents in the Rail Road Flat area thoroughly check their immediate property and outbuildings. If you see Ione or have any contact with her, please immediately contact the Sheriff’s Office.
