Vehicular Fisticuffs Lead To Assault With A Deadly Weapon Charges For Angels Camp Man – Like how you didn’t say suspect. Like how you left out the images of no damage to the back of Metcalf’s truck. Like how you left out images of the truck not being pinned to the wall. Like how you did a follow up and reported the cops not writing an accident report. Like how you wrote a follow up talking about how both responding officers admitted, in open court, that they didn’t even look for any evidence. That should be the real story here unless you approve of lazy cops not doing their job before arresting someone for a serious felony.

You need to redact this story that was copy and pasted. The charges against me were dismissed after both cops admitted, in open court, to not even looking for any evidence. One cop said the only reason he arrested me was because it looked obvious. The cops went off of a statement statement from a homeless man, who I woke up driving past with my horn blaring who showed up 5 minutes after the incident The police didn’t look for any evidence that it happened the way it actually occurred. Don’t trust me, look at the evidence. Also, look at the photographic evidence showing there was no “ramming” to the back of Metcalf’s truck or that his truck wasn’t pinned to the wall. The cops didn’t even look at the back off his truck or at the other side of the truck, they just took the homeless man’s word for it.

The story posted on 30 October 2018 titled, “School Custodian Arrested for Threats to Co-Worker,” leaves much to be considered. Mr. Westbrook was not interviewed for your story, he may be happy to share his side with you. I am related to him and I know that he is opinionated to be sure, but also a peaceful and honorable man, a veteran who served his country and a hard worker who provided for his family. He has also participated in charitable activities for the kids at the school where he works. I think this would be an important case for you to follow up on. Mr. Westbrook may very well be the victim here. One is still innocent in this country until they are proven guilty. By the way, did the Sherriff’s Department have a warrant to arrest Mr. Westbrook? Is that standard practice now in the United States? To accuse an old man with no substantial evidence, to trespass upon his property, interrogate him and then arrest him without a warrant and hold him in jail for several days? I don’t know about you but I’m very concerned when we start arresting people on nothing more than gossip and hurt feelings as evidence.
