San Andreas, CA…April 16th, 2019 – Mark Twain Medical Center (MTMC) has successfully recruited an internal medicine doctor to practice in Copperopolis at the Family Medical Center located in the Lake Tulloch Plaza. “Dr. Daniel Meador has been actively practicing medicine for over twenty-two-years,” stated Dr. Lonnie Smith; Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director of the Clinics.
“Throughout his career Dr. Meador has demonstrated that he is committed to caring for people. He has served in many capacities as a treating physician. Over the years he has provided care in a Veterans Clinic, served as a Medical Director, and has vast experience in working in various outpatient clinical settings proving care to all ages and most recently as a Hospitalist; (treating patients that are hospitalized.) We are very happy and delighted to be adding Dr. Meador to our team of dedicated Medical Staff.”
Dr. Meador graduated from Michigan State University, College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, MI. He then completed his residency at Spectrum Health East in Grand Rapids Michigan. His hobbies include gardening, photography and he is a professional videographer.

Dr. Meadow joins the Copperopolis team that includes Dr. Goodman, Nurse Practitioner; Sofia Bulan, and Licensed Social Worker; Diana Peck. Located at Spangler 3505 Spangler Ave, Suite 400 in the Lake Tullock Plaza, the Copperopolis Family Medical Center provides care in a traditional family practice setting, treating newborns to seniors. With support from a committed staff, the team of medical professionals, he will deliver a range of medical services from preventive care to same day appointments.
