The hypocrisy of this question in the face of what Texas is doing to Roe v. Wade is hilarious

Duh. Of course, they do. https://www.immunize.org/laws/

Just because you don't like them doesn't take away their capacity to affect them.

(and the other guy was right about Texas taking away a right to choose).

Of course they don't have the right. Biden already proved it when illegal immigrants are caught or turn themselves in to be relocated in the US, they have the right to refuse the covid vaccine, and many of the 20% positive covid do. To top that off, those covid positive are NOT even quarantined.
Oh wait John, your question says citizens, but not American Citizens, so I guess according to Joe's policy with illegals his administration will be sued and lose.

Americans have the right to refuse to get a vaccine. The government and the insurance industry have the right to suspend or cancel any medical benefits. As the ad of a mortuary service recently said "Don't Vaccinate!"

Pro-Trump Rally Expecting 10,000 Attendees Sees Only a Few Hundred Show Up

BY JASON LEMON ON 9/12/21 AT 5:55 PM EDT

        https://www.newsweek.com/pro-trump-rally-expecting-10000-attendees-sees-only-few-hundred-show-1628299

Organizers of a Kentucky rally in support of former President Donald Trump featuring several prominent allies and conspiracy theorists expected some 10,000 people to show up this weekend. Instead, less than 300 were in attendance when local journalists attempted to cover the proceedings.

The "We the People Reunion" was held at the Muhlenberg County Agriculture & Convention Center Fairgrounds in Powderly, Kentucky, on Friday and Saturday. MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, retired General Michael Flynn, attorney Lin Wood and others were among the featured speakers, according to the event and ticket page online.

Local channel WFIE 14 News sent a team to shoot video at the event on Friday but was later asked to leave, according to a report broadcast by the NBC News affiliate. The news channel reported that promoters had expected a crowd of about 10,000 people but less than 300 were in attendance from what their journalists saw. Event organizers reportedly refused to speak to WFIE about the rally.

Gosh, I guess that 9,700 are either still on house arrest for their participation in the January 6 Insurrection, in an ICU bed dying from COVID, in their basement with tin foil hats on to shield out the Jewish Space Lasers, or have simply come to their senses.

It's over for Trump. And we need to find a new leader, otherwise, it's over for our GOP as well.

The so-called vaccines, are nothing of the sort. Those injected continue to transit the virus. The injection is to minimize severity. Thousands have been injured and people have died from the injection, per VAERS. It is completely up to each person to choose what is right for them. The belief that one has the right to coerce people into what medical care they should accept is causing divisiveness in communities.

What I find disturbing, but not hilarious is democrats think all republicans are against abortion, especially on thepinetree. According to dem pinenuts, only Republicans are Catholics then, right? I always thought it didn't matter what political party you belong to, to be a Catholic or an atheist for that matter. Even though people like Biden and Pelosi call themselves Catholic, the Pope certainly doesn't and called them out on that. Anyone else would of called Biden and Pelosi, Hypocrites or Two Faced Lying Scum, the Pope didn't. He just said he would refuse them communion if they asked him.

Silly, sensational choices. The reality is we should be concerned for the greater good. If you choose to be not vaccinated, then you should understand you will be locked out of places of business, offices of government, schools and more. Not about personal liberties but the well being of others. Once upon a time in this country, that was actually a thing.

I jjust paid an extra $75 to fly on United rather than Delta because United requires all their employees to be vaccinated.

I think you'll see two classes of businesses - those that cater to the 'infectious class' and those of us who are willing pay another $75 for the confidence that we're surrounded by people who believe in public health and science.

I think it's a huge business opportunity - Even a local bar could charge a premium for the experience.

You have every right to NOT get sick, its called washing your hands, covering your coughs and sneezes, NOT picking your nose or touching your eyes and for the most common of all stay home if you feel sick. If you must go outside YOU wear a mask so YOU don’t get others sick.

Interesting the only people worried about getting a cold are the ones who are supposed to vaccinated from it.

Interesting the only ones complaining about getting sick are the ones wearing the masks that are intended to keep them from getting sick.

Since at this point the vaccines DO NOT WORK and is only spreading the cold its painfully obvious this is not about health only POLITICS.

The number of vaccinated people who die from covid represents 1-5% of those who die from Covid. The other 95% are unvaccinated How is that 'not working'?

Wrong!! Polio was already being wiped out due to herd immunity. Look at the historical graphs and see that polio was pretty much done, THEN a vaccine came out for it, years after. You indoctrinated fools, read, study, explore something other than news. Go find a peer review or one of the hundreds of studies showing true data and scientific measures that completely destroy the fear of the Corona Cold.

Follow the data
Posted on: 2021-09-16 19:05:06   By: Anonymous

Fact: The uptake in positive tests for Covid is primarily among the unvaccinated.
Fact: Resistance to getting a vaccine in California is primarily conservatives and evangelicals (though some liberals against technology are in this group).
Question: What is the relationship between COVID positivity and political preferences.
I took Monday's COVID report data for last week for each county and computed the per capita (100,000) and the percent of YES votes for the recall of Gavin Newsom (as a proxy for political preference where "Yes" is conservative.
The net result was that there was a 77.6% positive correlation between counties with higher than average COVID rates and whether those counties preferred to recall the Governor.

The data is below.

The conclusion is that "stupid is as stupid does" -- those that reject science are also prone to reject liberal values. No surprise, but the data simply confirms the battle lines that lie ahead.

Here's where you can read some of the California Laws in the Health & Safety Code Division 105, and begin to educate yourself.: https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/codes_displayText.xhtml?lawCode=HSC&division=105.&title=&part=1.&chapter=3.&article=
The laws are there to protect some of us from the ignorance of many of you. Too bad there is not enough time, money, or people to enforce more of them.
