Description:

DEER AND CHILDREN RUN WILD AND FREE on many of these small acreage retreat parcels in the beautiful California Gold Country in Calaveras County.

Calaveras County, California, real estate is great for investment due to the easy weekend commute distance to the Bay Area which results in a steady increasing demand.

My name is Al Segalla, Broker, and you are invited to join over 700 happy people we have assisted in buying their special acreage over the last thirty five years.

We have several carefully selected small acreage listings. Due to the heavy advertising with fair pricing we sometimes sell out,

If you find the desired property to be pending or sold, please send an e-mail expressing your needs and we will be able to give you advance notice of a new listing before it is advertised. We have established links so you may check the local newspaper classified as well as get local news. We recommend checking out The Pine Tree for news of community interest. Also, you can search the Calaveras and Tuolumne County MLS systems which have thousands of listings from our site and we have links for local lending sources as well as septic information.

These lands are located near the Gold Rush towns of Angels Camp, Murphys, Arnold, Sonora, Copperopolis, San Andreas and Mountain Ranch in the Sierra Foothills. This area has a perfect climate, mostly below the snow but above the valley fog. Also, there is an abundance of recreational opportunities including fishing, skiing and dining. There are several new golf courses and this vacation or retirement paradise is only a few hours from the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento.
