The Home Arts department celebrates these skills handed down from one generation to the next. Becky Thatcher Hall hosts the arts that make a house a home, meals a celebration and a group of individuals a family. ....

The Angels Camp Post office has put together a display for their office. The display features Pirate Frogs and celebrates the Fair’s theme, “Pirates of the Carrots and Beans." Hosting a window or indoor display shows your community spirit. .....

Blue Ribbon Recipe... Whiskey Apple Pie
Double-crust pie pastry
2 Tbls. all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling out dough
6 or 7 Golden Delicious apples
1/3 C sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C bourbon whiskey
2 Tbls. lemon juice
2 Tbls. butter, cut inot small pieces
Whipped Cream.....
