Tuttletown, CA...Crews are responding to an accident on Hwy 49 at Wilcox Ranch Road. Please use caution in the area. (Update as of 11:14am...This is single vehicle vs a tree accident. It has bee upgraded to a major injury accident, as Air ambulance has been ordered, so you can expect delays in that area for awhile...

Jamestown, CA....CHP is reporting a possible head on collision at La Grange Road and Green Springs Road. Emergency crews are responding now. More to come as needed. Update 12:18am, Crews are not able to find the collision, It was called in by a person driving by. Update 12:28am, Crews are heading back in. Could not locate accident.

Person Stuck in Tree...40ft Up

Sonora, CA...Crews are responding to a person stuck about 40ft up in a tree on Woods Creek Drive in Sonora. So if you see crews working in the area...no word yet if the person was trying to remove their cat : )

Home a Total Loss in Twain Harte Area Fire

Twain Harte, CA...CAL-FIRE spokesperson Lisa Williams just gave us an update on the fire that completely destroyed a split level home on Running Oak Drive in a remote area of the county. There are no reports of injuries and it is unclear if any residents were displaced. The call originally came in at 11:44 am. Many of the home is this remote area off of Italian Bar Road are seasonal homes...

Jamestown, CA....Fire season is upon us. On Friday May, 8, 2010, there was an escaped debris burn at 17130 Table Mountain Road in Jamestown. This caused 1/4 acre of burned vegetation. Jamestown Engine 761 responded to this incident. Full CAL Fire report enclosed...

Tuolumne,CA...Crews are working a structure fire involving a mobile home on Inks Rd. More to follow if needed...UPDATE, just spoke with Mary Jo at CAL fire, structure is 50% involved. Crews have the fire knocked down, but they are not calling it contained...Update as of 7:49pm...We just left the scene and the fire is now contained. Crews are in the mop up stage. A single wide mobile home...

Angels Camp, CA....Four of the 25th Assembly Candidates tee shots, chips and putts in the Fireside Room at Greenhorn Creek. The Assembly race drew a talented and seasoned group of candidates. Not only would the District be well represented by any of the contestants Modesto's Bill Conrad told us that it was one of the best group of candidates he has seen. On hand last night were Tuolumne County Supervisor and Candidate Teri Murrison, Kurt Vander Weide, Kristin Olsen and the aforementioned Bill Conrad. The Republicans of Ebbetts Pass organized and moderated the event. We have video of most of the evening starting with the Candidates opening statements..

Murrison Cries Foul Over “Robbing Peter To Pay Paul”

Twain Harte, CA...25th District State Assembly Republican candidate Teri Murrison is crying foul over a Tuesday decision by Sacramento Superior Court Judge Lloyd G. Connelly that will allow the state to take $2.05 billion from local redevelopment agencies. According to the Sacramento Bee the funding will be transferred to local education obligations through 2011. The transfer of $1.7 billion of the total amount is scheduled for next week. It Was a Playday and Fundraiser All in One!

Jamestown, CA...Homeward Bound Golden Retriever Rescue held their Annual Playday and fundraiser on Sunday at Railtown 1897. About 40 Golden Retrievers showed up to play and take a an open car train ride. This is an Annual fundraiser held every May for Golden's in need of care;. There were raffle prizes, a pool for dogs to plan in and information on how to adopt. Approximately 100 people joined the dogs in their day of fun!
