Angels Camp, CA...We had the pleasure of being invited to the home of Jenny Baxter for my birthday dinner and also for our boys, Granger (10) and Grayson (5) to make homemade applesauce with the Gourmet Chef of Calaveras County! What a fabulous treat as Jenny is such a gracious hostess! Our dinner menu consisted of a Pork Roast using Jenny's Sexy Seasonings stuffed with apricots and prunes; Yam Casserole; an Autumn Salad topped with apples and walnuts and of course the yummy Applesauce our boys made. For dessert we had a Chocolate brownie fudge topped with Baileys and Whipped Cream! Yummmm....
