San Andreas, CA Community Development takes up a good portion of tomorrow's agenda. Wallace Lake Estates, EPFD, an exemption for the Mitchell Ranch and Tuscany Hills are just some of the projects that will get an airing tomorrow. At 1:30pm in the San Andreas Town Hall there will also be discussion and possible action relative to timing of the creation and/or updating of the County's community plans for the current general plan update. Bear Valley, CA... The first phase of the new Silver Mountain project is well under way. We spoke briefly with one of the construction personnel and they should have the structure dried in by September. This project will have approximately 90 units when completed. Just last month another 45 units for another project were approved by the planning commission. These projects are separate from the big Bear Valley Village project that will bring an entirely new downtown village to Bear Valley....
