Posted by: thepinetree on 05/31/2010 04:55 PM
The Memorial Holiday was very busy along the Highway 4 corridor. Ebbetts Pass opened this past weekend. Many of our customers took trips over the pass and described the high country as still a winter wonderland with lots of snow still on the pass. The road to Spicer is scheduled now to be open the first week of June. You can contact the NCPA at 209-728-2051. Keep your fingers crossed! Lake Alpine is still frozen with some signs of thawing around the edge and around Silver Creek. With warmer weather on the way it won't take long to thaw completely.....
