Angels Camp, CA...Crews are working a structure fire with power lines down on Hwy 49 near Carson Hill. The home at the base of Carson Hill on Hwy 49 completely burned to the ground tonight. The resident had recently passed away and the family members had been cleaning and working on the home. They had left for a few minutes and were at a relatives home nearby when they noticed the blaze had started. From all of us at ThePineTree.net our thoughts and prayers are with the family tonight....

Angels Camp, CA...If you haven’t gotten a chance for a summer escape yet, it’s time. And here’s the perfect Murphys-based getaway that could be waiting for you if you’ve only got one night. For breakfast on the go grab a strong coffee, a homemade everything bagel with cream cheese (and maybe a sweet treat too) from Aria Bakery in Murphys.
