The commenters in these video clips are taxpayers that were finally able to get a group meeting with Leslie Davis who apparently felt that threats were the best way to quell her unhappy constituents. If you missed the Calaveras Enterprise Article: The headline read: “Property taxes increased due to computer glitch.” In the video below the Butte Fire Victims talk about that meeting. It is examples like this “why I am running for Assessor” You can see more issues and video at my website www.timm4assessor.com. An Excerpt..."Xi urged improving the governance capacity in cyberspace and developing a governing network led by the Party. Internet media should spread positive information, uphold the correct political direction, and guide public opinion and values towards the right direction. Internet service providers should take responsibility to prevent cyberspace from degrading into a platform full of harmful, false, and provocative information. Efforts should be made to enhance self-discipline of the internet industry, and mobilize all sectors to take an active part in cyberspace governance."

Washington, DC...The Doctrine of Nullification is the assertion that any state government which doesn’t like a federal law is free to violate it. It began with early disputes over the Alien and Sedition Acts and federal tariffs and formed the central legal argument the Southern Confederacy used in its attempt to tear the federal union apart. It ignores the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution, the enumerated powers of Congress and the exclusive jurisdiction given the courts to adjudicate disputes involving the states.
