Arnold, CA...Earlier this year we thought since we are in the midst of another round of constitutional issues we should start a continuing series on publishing each Federalist Paper and include the audio version as well so people could catch up on a bit of our uniquely American History quickly and if need be on the run. We published the first 15 but as we got to Frog Jump time we got sidetracked and didn't finish them off. With impeachment dominating the news cycles and both the Left and Right quoting the Federalist Papers we thought it was time to pick up on our series were we left off. For a bit of Sunday Reading we moved Federalist Papers One through Fifteen back to our front page and Federalist Sixteen is below for today! Fave a great Sunday!

Washington, DC...Mr. Chairman: In every election, somebody wins and somebody loses. Democracy only works because the losing side always respects the will of the voters. It happened in 1860, when the Democrats refused to accept the legitimate election of Abraham Lincoln. And it happened again in 2016 when the Democrats refused to accept the legitimate election of Donald Trump.
