Murphys, CA...With this dramatic change in our lives, I want to address a concern that many of you have expressed, short-term rentals. Most of the property managers in Ebbetts Pass, who manage short-term rentals, have closed their reservations. This equates to more than 300 rental units that have been put on hold. For this, I truly thank them.

San Andreas, CA...On Thursday, March 26, 2020, Calaveras Public Health confirmed a new case of novel coronavirus or COVID-19. The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the county is now three. This additional positive case is a Valley Springs resident who is currently receiving care outside of the county.

The call center has been activated to answer your questions or direct you to the appropriate department that can.
