Angels Camp, CA...(Frogtown, USA)...The Calaveras County Fair is saddened to announce the passing of our dear friend and volunteer Ray Davis. Ray loved being out in the community, delivering frog stops, getting new vendors and sponsors. He ran the commercial building at the Fair annually. He always volunteered to pour wine at the Fair events. He could often be found at the fair office with his furry friend, Gina, checking on the staff and the progress of the upcoming Fair. He will be missed by the Fair family. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, and as he would say “Go Ducks”.

The multi-day, classic, vintage BMX festival celebrates the history and action of BMX as it had originally developed. The bikes, the legendary racers, and THAT famous United Bicycle Racers (UBR) downhill track that provided so much excitement 40 years ago!

Frogtown, USA...Rosie the Ribiter's record of 21ft 5 3/4 inches hold for another year! This year's top jump was 18ft 4 inches by frog "Claire de Pond" Jockeyed by Brad Guzules Wins the 2023 Frog Jump. We will have full video and photos up later this evening.
