Downtown Murphys Was Buzzing Friday Eve for their Annual Holiday Open House and Parade....with Video Enclosed!

Posted by: Kim_Hamilton on 12/06/2008 10:11 PM
Murphys, CA....In addition to the great photos Hanna took at Murphys Open House yours truly shot a bit of video of the parade and we also tried to stop by many of the businesses to see how everyone was doing. The new tasting room was already open in the old Jillian's (Jillian's is opening in their new Hwy 4 location Dec 10th) location. They turned it around in less than a day. Everywhere we turned traffic and visitor counts looked good. SNAC was busy, The Enchanted Workshop was packed, The Wineries were rolling the cases out the door...

Arnold, CA...Hello fellow fisherpeople and outdoor sportsmen. Catching a fish of a lifetime or having your children or grand children enjoy the pleasures of catching their first fish may be only a memory of days gone by. This letter comes to you as a result of a recent court ruling passed down just last week. I am sorry this is not a fishing report, instead a report of things to come that will affect hundreds, if not thousands of people including all of the businesses that are dependent on our fisheries up and down our Highway 4 corridor.
