Drive-Thru the Murphys Creek Theatre Parking Lot and we will unload your vehicle; we recommend you place all items in the back of your vehicle for an easy unload!

Murphys, CA...We are doing things a little differently this year and taking to the road on our webbed feet. Join us Sunday April 21st 2024 for the 1st Mr. Frog’s Wild Run. Angels Food Market, started by Harry Croshaw, has been serving the Calaveras community since 1935. Glen, Harry's son, eventually took over the store and then passed it along to his son, Mike, who continues to operate it to this day.

Mountain Ranch, CA…In 1950, we started out as a family operation with Erich’s father and mother, August and Freida Sender, in a century-old adobe building. The upstairs was home to the Sender family, and the first floor included groceries, a meat market, a bar, and a small eating place called Opa’s Smokehouse. On Christmas morning in 1968, the old store was destroyed by fire. But in June 1969, Sender’s Market, Inc. was opened. Since that time, there have been many changes, including remodeling, expansion, and the addition of many employees. That’s also when we added the truss plant and purchased Sender’s Market Ace Hardware in Valley Springs. Today, we’re still family owned and still working hard to stock everything from pantry essentials to power tools. Whether you’ve got questions about the perfect cut of meat or the right kind of paint, our helpful, knowledgeable staff has you covered. Click on images below for larger versions

Murphys, CA...Formerly known as President’s Wine Weekend, the Calaveras Winegrape Alliance moved the event to the springtime when the weather is a bit warmer, the wildflowers are blooming in the foothills, and the winegrape growers and winemakers have a little time to create some exciting experiences for you. 2024 Spring Wine Weekend Dates: am to 5:00 pm; Sat and Sun April 27th & 28th
